What is EC regulation 2019 1009?
The new Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 lays down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilizing products. It repeals Regulation (EC) No 2003/20031 and amends Regulation (EC) No 1069/20092 and Regulation (EC) No 1107/20093. Regulation (EU) No 2019/1009 will apply in Ireland from 16th July 2022.
For this new regulation for production and selling we as the producer need to have signed declaration and label CE.
Signed declaration and label EU Admission
Declaration/admission is given to us as the producer /all the documents are prepared by https://www.pcbc.gov.pl/en/
Example Admission conformity EU (product O-80). All our products have the EU conformity admission.
IUNG and FIBL
We are waiting for the final certificates (September 2023) for the fully eco, bio fertilizer O-organic via Institute IUNG Poland and Institute FIBL Germany. As soon as we have received them, they will become visible of course on our website. In the meantime, you can already TEST our O-organic. Today we can say with 100% certainty that our Brllnt Organic fertilizers can decrease the amount of nitrogen and therefore be part of solving (partly) the nitrogen crisis in the Netherlands and other EU member-states in the near future. Furthermore, when using our products farmers do not need to block parts of their fertile soil to solve problems (“bufferstroken in Dutch”).
